Offertory Gifts Needed for Parishes to Continue Ministries<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

It would be difficult to overstate how\nchallenging these days have been for all of us, as we face the various effects\nof the COVID-19 crisis on our families, jobs, and communities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among the most dramatic ways we\u2019ve had to\nadjust to this pandemic is the suspension of Holy Mass and refraining from gathering\nas a community. And while the public celebration of Mass has been suspended,\nthe work of the church goes on. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The crisis is having a significant financial\nand economic impact on us all. Our inability to gather each week at Mass also\nmeans your parish is unable to receive your offertory gift there, and it can\u2019t\nbe stressed enough how vital this support is to the parish and the people who\nwork there. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Parish and school operating budgets depend on\nthis revenue to pay employees and all the other monthly expenses associated\nwith running the church. Most parishes don\u2019t have large sums in reserve. Your\ncontinued support of your parish is crucial now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please visit the online giving page below and\nset up your regular contributions to your parish as soon as possible. Of\ncourse, you may also mail your offertory gift to your parish as some parishes\ndon\u2019t have online giving available. Either option will be greatly appreciated;\nhowever, the online giving option enables you to make a recurring gift that\nwill provide your parish greater financial stability during this crisis and in\nthe future. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Many of our people also are in financial\nhardship because of this crisis.
